Reimbursement Checker Seller Support Templates

The reimbursement checker spreadsheet is made to help you easily get information on what inventory Amazon should be reimbursing you for. The following are some guidelines on what exactly you should send to seller support to actually get that reimbursement.

We recommend breaking it down into separate cases to seller support depending on how much inventory you have lost. For example, if there are a lot of items that have been lost and a lot of items that have been damaged, open one case outlining the items that are lost and another for items that have been damaged.

 

Here is a simple template to send to seller support (replace the date – SKU – Quantity with your own items, which are listed in the spreadsheet)

Start by going to Get Support > Contact Us > Selling on Amazon > Fulfillment by Amazon > FBA Issue > Something Else > Email

 

Contact Reason: Other FBA Issue – Reimbursement for lost/damaged inventory

Hello!

After some research, I’m showing that the following inventory was lost/damaged in a fulfillment center, but was never reimbursed for:

Date – SKU – Quantity lost/damaged
8/3/2016 – X000ZNBJDP – 10
11/01/2016 – X000XOWB83 – 2

Since it has been more than 45 days since these items were lost/damaged, I would appreciate a reimbursement per Amazon’s reimbursement policy. Please let me know if there is any other information I can provide!

For those of your who have lots of one item, it may be better to give seller support one SKU at a time. Like this…

From holding 25

Total Reimbursed: 10

Difference: 135
